About F.A.S.M.

Founded in 2025, Financial Assistance for Supportive Modalities (F.A.S.M.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to lightening the heavy financial burden that often accompanies chronic illness—most notably, Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower individuals living with MS by providing financial support for the therapies, treatments, and supportive modalities that can dramatically improve quality of life but are too often out of reach due to cost.

F.A.S.M. was born from lived experience. Our founder, Kyle Kranich, was diagnosed with aggressive Multiple Sclerosis at just 21 years old. Confronted with the physical, emotional, and financial weight of his diagnosis, Kyle quickly realized that while medication may help manage symptoms, the true battle lies in accessibility—to care, to community, and to hope. From physical therapy and adaptive equipment to integrative treatments like acupuncture, massage, and mobility aids, the things that help people thrive with MS are rarely fully covered by insurance. Too many are forced to choose between financial security and the support they need to live well.

F.A.S.M. exists to close that gap. Through grants, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, we help remove barriers to essential wellness resources—so that no one is left behind because of their bank balance.

But F.A.S.M. is more than a foundation. It’s a movement of compassion, resilience, and solidarity. It’s a community built by and for those who understand what it means to fight a chronic illness every single day, and who refuse to let financial hardship define their journey.

Kyle’s story is one of determination and heart—proof that even in the face of a challenging diagnosis, purpose can be reborn in service to others. Every donation to F.A.S.M. fuels that mission, extending hope to countless individuals navigating the complexities of MS.

At F.A.S.M., we believe that accessibility is dignity, and support is strength. Together, we can transform struggle into empowerment—one person, one grant, one story at a time.

Join us in rewriting what it means to live with Multiple Sclerosis—with community, compassion, and care at the forefront.
